This week is going to be insanely busy for me. My husband and I are co-hosting a family reunion with 30+ people (which means I have to buy groceries for the event AND clean my house-eek!), we have extra music lessons, and we need to homeschool 2 full days.
Whew! It’s going to be c-r-a-z-y!
If you know me in real life at all, you know that I tend to not do so well with being filled-to-the-brim busy like this week is going to be. My default is often crabby and cranky because I feel like I’m drowning and there’s no breathing room.
Yes, I totally realize this is a character issue and I’m working on it.
So to help myself not be that person, I am implementing some strategies to help me keep my attitude in check and be super intentional with my time.
Strategies to Manage a Busy Week
As I mention in the video, I have several purposeful tips in helping me check off all of the must-do items on my to-do list and not be a grump with a capital G to my favorite people in the world.
It’s one thing to accomplish all that is needed, and it’s another to do so with a joyful heart and not make those around me miserable.
My goal is definitely the latter!
