I’m a busy bee gathering all of the materials that we are going to use in our Martin Luther King, Jr. Unit Study later this month.
Because I like to spice things up a little bit during the winter blahs, I thought it would be fun to write on Martin Luther King-themed writing pages during our study!
We’ll use them to write the week’s spelling words, copywork, and of course a bit of MLK-themed creative writing.

The ideas for using these pages are endless!
Write the vocabulary words from your unit study, make a list of character traits of Mr. King, or write a list of facts about Mr. King’s famous speech.
Check out my favorite MLK book from your library (March On! The Day My Brother Martin Changed the World by Christine King Farris) and write several sentences about the book.
Or have your child choose their favorite sentence from the book as handwriting practice.
Note that this printable packet is available for personal and classroom use. Enjoy! ♥
