As promised, I am back with a set of Nativity Label the Picture Worksheets! Label the Picture worksheets are a fun activity to complete while still learning.
Each picture in this packet relates to the Birth of Jesus in some way, so they are just perfect for your Christmas School plans.
Nativity worksheets are such an easy way to encourage literacy, handwriting, and fine motor skills, as well as keep Christ as the focus for the season!

This 14-page set of Nativity Label the Picture worksheets provide 7 pages of cut and paste practice and 7 pages of handwriting fill-in-the-blank practice.
I’m sure you’ll notice that many of the words repeat on the pages, and that is intentional. I want my daughter to see those words multiple times so she can learn to read and recognize them. Examples: star, cloths, Jesus
While my almost 6-year-old is still reading CVC words only, there are still various ways we can use these worksheets together.
— She can practice beginning sounds.
— She can practice ending sounds.
— We can practice counting syllables.
— I model sounding out the words for her.
As I mentioned in the Christmas Label the Picture post, a few of these pages will be just for fun.
Other times, I will have her complete one of the cut and paste pictures, while I help reading the words. She will then follow up with a handwriting page of the same picture.
That way, she can practice the same words while they are fresh in her mind.
And because my daughter and colored pencils are best friends as of late, I’m sure she’ll color every image she can find on these pages!
This is a 14-page paid packet, however, there is a freebie at the bottom of the post. So make sure you go download it for personal or classroom use!
Enjoy! ♥
