My 4 year-old Early Kindergartner is looking for some new Bottle Cap Activities. Since we are big fans of Bottle Cap Activities in our homeschool, I made her a set of Bottle Cap ABC Pages.
How We Use Bottle Cap ABC Pages in Our School
There are several ways to use these Bottle Cap ABC Pages with your child. Here are a few suggestions based on how we play at our house:
- On each of the lowercase letter pages, have your child find the matching lowercase bottle cap. Repeat with uppercase pages and bottle caps.
- On each of the lowercase letter pages, have your child find the matching uppercase bottle cap. Repeat with uppercase pages and matching lowercase bottle caps.
- For a K4 activity, have your child match the bottle cap letter that comes after the letter shown on the page. For example, if the letter in the circle is a ‘P’, have your child find the ‘Q’ bottle cap and place that on the ‘P’ as a match. If the letter in the circle is an ‘A’, have your child find the ‘B’ bottle cap and place that on the ‘A’ as a match.Repeat the same activity, but use the bottle cap letter that comes before the letter shown on the page.
