Last year, I published a homeschool attendance record because I have a hard time keeping track of our school days. I simply forget to write down the actual days of completed school.
To make it easier on myself, I created an attendance record that is super simple. When we complete a day of school, I put a check mark next to the date.
Easy, huh?
Thankfully, this simple little form has helped me stay on top of our attendance for the semester. Since my mind is already heading towards next school year, I figured yours might be as well. 🙂
I wanted to go ahead and publish the attendance record for the 2014-2015 school year, since it’s so helpful to have resources ready when you need them.
Homeschool Attendance Record for 2014-2015
This attendance record is so easy to use – download, print, and put on your clipboard or in your child’s yearly folder.
I intentionally created the spaces to be small so I could fit the entire school year on one piece of paper.

What do I put under total days? How many days they were present? What about cumulative?? Thanks?!!
Lauren Hill
Yes, put the total number of days for the month under total days. Then put a running cumulative total along the bottom for total number of days.
I’ll upload a picture of what our current attendance chart looks like so you’ll have a better idea. 🙂
