If you’ve browsed here at Mama’s Learning Corner the past week, you know that my kiddos and I worked on a Fruit and Vegetable Unit Study.
We’ve had a great time learning how fruits and vegetables are categorized, how they grow, ways they give us nutrients, and more.
It’s been a treat!
Note: This post was originally written in April 2016. I have left the post mainly intact, but updated the pictures and completely overhauled the Fruit and Vegetable worksheet packet. If you have purchased it in the past, please re-download the packet and enjoy it again!
In fact, we didn’t get to all of the books I planned because we spent a lot of time poring over our spine books. Even though I only planned one week for this particular unit study, I’m going to extend it another few days.
My kids aren’t ready to move on from the topic either, so it works out perfectly!
For the past few days, my Kindergartner and First Grader have been working on several sheets from this packet of fruit and vegetable worksheets.
My children always love themed printables, so of course they loved each one of these!
β‘ Unit Studies are such a fun way to learn in the early (or later!) years. Browse through all of my unit study helps if you need some fresh ideas or want to get started with simple unit studies full of learning!
