Patriotic Directed Draw and Write Worksheets
Elementary students must master writing sentences correctly before they can write paragraphs well. Thankfully, there are a multitude of ways to practice sentences to the process doesn’t get too repetitive.
These types of writing activity included in this worksheet packet are perfect for identifying areas that need work and then practicing those skills.
Each page in this packet focuses on one Patriotic themed picture. Your child draws each picture according to the steps outlined.
Using the included word bank, your child then writes a sentence or two about the picture.
You’ll find elementary ruled lines as well as plain lines included for each picture.
I think you could use this with children as young as Kindergarten, and even up to 3rd or 4th grade if sentence writing is still a struggle.
