I am logged in and have paid my membership but when I click on the links above I still get the sample packet not the real packet? How do I see the real packets?
Lauren Hill
Hi Michelle, I sent you an email. Let me know if you didn’t receive it!
Robin Kreibach
Hi Lauren – I was trying to download it, and I get “blued out” areas where I believe there should be words. Is this normal? THANKS!! 🙂
Lauren Hill
Hi Robin,
You are downloading the sample packet, which has blued out areas on purpose as to not reveal the entire contents.
If you are a paid member, you can log into your Members Only account and then go back to the Rocks and Minerals post. Scroll to the bottom and then you’ll be able to access the packet.
Thanks! 🙂
Rebecca
Love this – now to become a member!

Hi Lauren,
I’ve written before because I couldn’t access the packets. I’ve used every browser I have available on my Mac, Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox. I’ve cleared caches and signed in anew. I’ve yet to be able to download a single thing. If you have any other suggestions, I’d be happy to hear them! Please help. I’m getting a bit frustrated over here! I’ve got a little boy that is DYING to learn about Knights and Rocks and Minerals!
Lauren Hill
Hey Kimberly – I can’t find your name in the subscription database. If you’ve completed the transaction via PayPal, send me your PayPal address and I can look you up that way.
Sorry you’re having trouble! Once I can find your name in the database, I can help you more efficiently. 🙂

I have also paid through Paypal- as that was the only option that popped up, and I have a very eager six year old stuck with me at work because of the snow storm. We would very much like to download the rocks and minerals packet and are unable to login. I’ve tried on all my browsers as well. Please help!
Lauren Hill
Tina, once you clear the history in your browser, you should be able to then log in. Once you log in, go to the Rocks and Minerals page, scroll down to the bottom, and you’ll see the image to click on to download the packet.
Let me know if you need further help!

Okaaay…. Apparently I actually never PAID for the subscription? I clearly remember seeing Mama’s Learning Corner LLC in my paypal pay thingy. Maybe I never hit send? I dunno!
Long story short. It’s all good now. Once you actually PAY for a subscription you can actually see the download. Amazing how all that works!
It’s clear to me that I need to increase my caffeine consumption. My apologies Lauren!
Lauren Hill
Yay! I’m so glad you were able to figure out what the problem was! Absolutely no need to apologize! It’s so frustrating when things don’t work as we think they should – believe me, I can relate!
Glad all is well. Of course email me if you have any trouble. 🙂
