Shapes: Use a Table & Bar Graph to Organize Data

Learning to gather, organize, and interpret data is a valuable skill that we slowly work on here at the Hill House.  My 8-year-old and I worked on this quite a bit during his Second Grade year.

In this shapes-themed worksheet, your child uses the Shapes Picture to gather information needed to complete the Shapes Table and Bar Graph.  Your child must classify information based on type of shape and color of shape.  This activity is a gentle introduction to collecting and analyzing data.
