My 1st grader is not much for doing a lot of writing, but for some reason, he has always loved to use scissors. From an early age, he spent much time cutting pieces of paper sitting at the school room table while I worked with an older sibling.
He still enjoys cutting and pasting, so I know he will enjoy this set of Spring Cut and Paste Puzzles this week!
We will just add them in here and there throughout the day. This will be a fun activity for him and provide something for his hands to do while he is waiting for my attention. 🙂

Spring Cut and Paste Puzzles
I created this set of spring cut and paste puzzles to be used with a variety of ages and stages for Preschool, Kindergarten, or First Grade students. Just choose which 15-page set of spring pages would be best for your learners.
There are four types of pages in this set of puzzles:
A black and white or color page where the student cuts out the puzzle pieces and then glues them to make the spring scene using a template as a guide.
A black and white or color page where the student cuts out the puzzle pieces and then glues them to make the spring scene that does not use a template.
Each page contains a small image of the puzzle pieces to use when reassembling and gluing the puzzle back together.
In this Spring Cut and Paste Puzzle Packet, you’ll receive a black and white version and a colored version of each spring theme:
- Boy with flowers
- Rainbow
- Watering can
- Pots of tulips
- Two birds in a nest
- Girl running with a kite
- Boy with a frog on a log
- Butterflies at the pond

Printable activities like this are so easy to implement, since they are literally print and go. Print the pages, grab a pair of scissors and a glue stick, and your activity is ready.
I love it when the prep work is super simple! As a mama of many, I am always looking for ways to simplify our home life and our school life.
