In the Northern Hemisphere, spring begins with the vernal equinox, which is astronomically either March 20th or March 21st. Then we can officially say that ‘Spring has sprung!’ This Spring Vocabulary Word List will help you and your young ones get ready for the spring season!
This Spring Vocabulary Word List has a multitude of uses in your homeschool or classroom. Use this list as a word bank, for spelling help, assign writing prompts, or use it for brainstorming. You could also have students choose 1 or 2 unfamiliar words from the list and write their definitions or research using available textbooks.
