Welcome to this week’s Weekly Printable Round-Up! This is a great week to stop by and discover some new-to-you printables and worksheets for your Preschool – 2nd grader. The details for the round-up are listed below in case you’re new here at Mama’s. Let’s get started!
The Weekly Printable Pages Round-Up
Here are the details for the all new Weekly Printable Pages Round-Up:
- The round-up post will be published each weekend, usually on Saturday.
Blogs, and the internet as a whole, are typically a little slower on the weekends, and this is the perfect time to find new printable pages. - Most resources highlighted will be free, but I’ll also post quality paid products on occasion.
The Printables Blogging Community is unbelievably giving – a vast majority of printables online are free. In addition to those free downloads, there are many quality, inexpensively priced printable products from Educational Blogs. I’ll find the best and highlight them in weekly posts. - I’ll feature 1 or 2 printables from the archives here at Mama’s Learning Corner.
Mama’s Learning Corner started in June 2011. I’ve posted a large assortment of free printables over the past 2 years, and some have gotten a bit lost in the shuffle. I’ll highlight a couple of oldies in the weekly posts in case you missed them the first time around.
Harold and the Purple Crayon Printables
Erin from Royal Baloo has a packed post with ideas for learning with the book Harold and the Purple Crayon. I’m definitely adding this book (and her ideas) to my 4-year-old’s reading list.
In addition to her great hands-on projects, Erin shares several free printables to go along with Harold and the Purple Crayon.
Proper Nouns Cookie Jar Printables
Tabitha from Meet Penny has a variety of printables on her site, including this Proper Noun Cookie Jar Printable.
In this printable, your child correctly classifies the noun in its correct cookie jar. A set of blank cookies is also included for you to add your own personal Proper nouns.
Zoo Animal Observation Form
Ticia from Adventures in Mommydom shares a neat Animal Observation Form.
Her children used their forms during a trip to the zoo, but this printable has endless uses! A stroll through the backyard, a walk down the road, a trip to the aquarium…
American Treasures Emergent Reader
This emergent reader book from Jill at Enchanted Homeschooling Mom is a great patriotic-themed early reader for Prek-2nd Grade.
This, along with 180+ other printable resources, can be purchased at Jill’s Members-Only Site for a lifetime fee of only $15. And you can get the lifetime membership for only $7.50 through July 12th! Hurry over!
