Welcome to this week’s Weekly Printables Pages Round-Up here at Mama’s! I’m glad you’ve stopped by to discover some new-to-you worksheets and printables for your little people.
The Weekly Printable Pages Round-Up
Here are the details for the all new Weekly Printable Pages Round-Up:
- The round-up post will be published each weekend, usually on Saturday.
Blogs, and the internet as a whole, are typically a little slower on the weekends, and this is the perfect time to find new printable pages. - Most resources highlighted will be free, but I’ll also post quality paid products on occasion.
The Printables Blogging Community is unbelievably giving – a vast majority of printables online are free. In addition to those free downloads, there are many quality, inexpensively priced printable products from Educational Blogs. I’ll find the best and highlight them in weekly posts. - I’ll feature 1 or 2 printables from the archives here at Mama’s Learning Corner.
Mama’s Learning Corner started in June 2011. I’ve posted a large assortment of free printables over the past 2 years, and some have gotten a bit lost in the shuffle. I’ll highlight a couple of oldies in the weekly posts in case you missed them the first time around.
Free 4th of July Printable Pack
Cassie from 3 Dinosaurs created this free 4th of July Printable Pack for ages 2-8.
There’s quite a bit included for each age group, including a Tot Pack portion with 33 pages and a packet for elementary age students with 75 pages.
Printable Playdough Garden Accessories
These Printable Playdough Garden Accessories might be the cutest printables I’ve seen lately! I absolutely love them! They really are the perfect accessory for those of us who have playdough fans.
Just download, print, laminate, and play. So simple. Many thanks to Kate from Picklebums for creating something so fabulous.
Train Notebooking Pages
Aadel from These Temporary Tents offers a 10-page set of free train notebooking pages. These are so neat!
Free Cowboy and Cowgirl Prepositional Phrases Game
There are a couple of free printables offered from Carolyn at The Wise Owl Factory. The first is a free Cowboy & Cowgirl Prepositional Phrases Game, including a color and black & white version.
Also available is a free 15-page set of Cowboy-themed writing prompts. Both of these printables can be used alone or in conjunction with the book The Graham Cracker Kid and the Calico Girl.
Animal Movement Dice
Draw out your inner animal with these Animal Movement Dice from Penny at Wildlife Fun 4 Kids! Simply print the dice, cut out, and tape into place.
Everyone takes turns throwing the die and imitating the animal on which you roll. I can see this being a fun rainy day kind of game!
Contraction Practice – Using ‘Not’
Practice recognizing and forming contractions using the word ‘not’ with this worksheet, found here at Mama’s.
In the first section, draw a line between the words and the contraction that matches. In the second section, use the words to form the correct contraction and fill in the blank.
